Flott Privacy Policy
Flott is a personal training companion app. This policy explains how Flott handles your health and fitness data.
Health Data We Read
Flott reads the following data from Google Health Connect to power your training dashboard and AI coaching:
- Workouts — activity type, distance, duration, calories, GPS routes
- Heart rate — average and per-workout samples for analysis
- Resting heart rate & HRV — wellness tracking
- Weight — trend tracking and coaching context
- Sleep — duration and quality for recovery insights
- Speed, cadence, elevation — detailed workout analysis
Health Data We Write
- Weight — when you log weight in the app, it is written back to Health Connect so other apps can see it
How We Use Your Data
- Your health data is displayed in the app and sent to the Anthropic Claude API for AI coaching insights. The AI does not store your data beyond the conversation.
- Activity and wellness summaries are cached locally in a Supabase database tied to your account.
- Your data is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used for purposes other than providing the Flott training experience.
Data Storage & Security
- Health data is stored on your device and in your personal Supabase database (encrypted in transit).
- Flott is a single-user personal app — there is no shared access or multi-user data.
Data Deletion
You can revoke Flott's access to Health Connect at any time via Android Settings > Health Connect > App permissions. Cached data in Supabase can be deleted by contacting the developer.
